BulkCert is a high-performance web application designed for event organizers, educators, and businesses to generate thousands of personalized, high-quality certificates in minutes. It streamlines the entire pipeline from design mapping to batch document export and automated email delivery.

The Problem

Event coordinators and educators frequently face the chore of creating personalized certificates for hundreds or thousands of participants. Manual tools are slow and error-prone, while standard mail-merge software lacks the visual precision and styling controls needed to place text accurately over custom PDF designs. Additionally, bulk document rendering often suffers from performance bottlenecks, causing servers to crash or timeout when rendering hundreds of files.

The Solution

BulkCert solves these challenges by providing an intuitive web-based visual editor alongside a highly optimized generation pipeline.
